Function and application

SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder is specially adopted in the extrusion of PVC powder material, as well as PVC wood composite mateiral. Euipped with different moulds and auxiliary units, it can be used to produce various specifications of PVC pipe, profile, decoration panel, bar section and granule.

Barrel adopts cast aluminum heating rings for heating, and air blower system for cooling, which has the characteristics of equal heat transmission, convenient operation and maintenace. etc.

Screw core part adopts high-efliciency automatic circulation cooling system. Structure of screw can be custom-designed according to customer's different material formulation, in order to achieve best plasticizing effect.

Imported bearing, oil seal for reduction gearbox and distribution box. 38CrMoALA alloy steel for gear, with nitriding treatment.

Imported temperature controller for the controlling system, with accuracy ± 1C℃. Main motor adopts imported brand frequency controller or DC controller tor speed control. Electrical system is equipped with multi-malfunction alarm device, as well as over-current protection.
